The No Second Night Out Campaign was launched today at St Georges Hall where all the councils across Merseyside signed up to achieving the No Second Night Out Standard. The Standard aims to ensure that by the end of December 2012, no one will live on the streets of the Liverpool City Region and no individual arriving on the streets for the first time will sleep out for more than one night. Liverpool City Region is the second region outside London to launch the standard .Outreach services for rough sleepers throughout the city region will be coordinated by the Whitechapel Centre.
