About Us

The Whitechapel Centre was set up in 1975 to address the growing numbers of homeless people around inner city Liverpool. Today we employ over 60 staff and have a reputation not only for the range and quality of our services, but for our ability to get things done. Our vision is to see that every person who is inadequately housed or homeless is given the opportunity to change their situation. We aim to provide a seamless service, providing a balance between enabling, empowering and supporting individuals to address identified need and work towards achieving their potential.
